Hey, I’m CPSTL. I’m an entrepreneur, investor, amateur triathlete, and a proud Canadian.
I’m the DeFi Protocol Specialist at the Ethereum Foundation, focused on strengthening the Foundation’s connection to the DeFi ecosystem and helping Ethereum grow as the global financial settlement layer. Previously I led DELV (formerly Element Finance) as CEO to bring fixed income markets onchain. Before that I worked at the Maker Foundation on decentralized governance and served as the first mandated MakerDAO member elected by MKR token holders. I studied Mathematics at Queen’s University.
Since 2017 I’ve been an active contributor to Ethereum, including work on the EIP process, coordination of network upgrades with the Cat Herders, advising Ethereum.org, and developer growth.
